Exchange and return:
RETURN
You can return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. You can also exchange your product within 7 calendar days. Therefore, for a return/exchange, write to us at demarush.ua@gmail.com and indicate:
- reasons for return/exchange
- photographs of the product if it is damaged or faulty
- in case of exchange - the model/size/color you would like to exchange for
Returned items must comply with our return policy: Items must be returned undamaged and unused with all tags attached and original packaging. Please be careful when trying on purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.
We will refund you the full price of the product, less any associated costs, once the product arrives at our warehouse and we will ensure that the product's appearance, properties and factory markings are maintained.
Shipping costs paid when placing an order will not be refunded if the item is returned.
WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING COST FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE?
Return/exchange of goods is carried out at the expense of the Buyer. This means that the Buyer must pay shipping when sending the item back to us. We will also deduct shipping costs from the refund amount since shipping costs were not paid.
In case of return/exchange due to factory damage to the product or manufacturing defect, the return is carried out at the expense of the Seller.
Please note that in the event of refusal to receive the ordered goods, including due to non-payment of duties in the Buyer's country, we will also deduct from the refund amount for the purchased goods the cost of delivery and all other incidental costs in both directions, as indicated above.
WHEN CAN I GET A REFUND FOR A RETURNED PRODUCT?
You will receive your refund within 3-10 days from the date the item is returned to our warehouse. The exact timing depends on your bank and method of payment for the order.
